Instead of mashed potatoes this season, try this delicious mashed rutabaga and squash with roasted garlic.

Too Good To Pass Up Berry Cobbler
Try this delicious grain free,dairy free berry cobbler!  It tastes so good you won’t believe it’s actually good for you!
fruit cobblerFilling:
3-4 cups frozen mixed berries
1/2 teaspoon cinnamonTopping:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey

berry cobblerPreheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place berries in lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mix together almond flour, sea salt, baking soda, coconut and nuts.  In small sauce pan, melt the coconut oil and mix in the honey.   Add this to dry ingredients and spoon over berries.
Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden.  Eat warm!  Enjoy!
