JasonThis weekend, we’re hosting a very special Nutrition 101 Workshop and Paleo Potluck with Dr Jason Fechter.   In addition to sharing great food and recipes for fat loss, Dr Fechter will be discussing the nutritional value of making cleaner food choices.

Jason Fechter, B.S., M.B.A., D.C., earned his bachelors in Neurobiology in 2004.  During this time he was involved with several publications and presentations regarding the neural connectivity patterns as related to dementias.  Although science was a passion, business also had a place in his heart. 

In 2009 he earned his Masters in Business from Webster University.  With a goal of utilizing his business degree in the health care industry he obtained his doctorate degree in 2013 from Cleveland Chiropractic College.  His focus while at Cleveland Chiropractic College was on low back pain related to disc injuries.  Currently, he is assisting Evolve Paleo Chef in business development and nutritional counseling.

The workshop and Paleo Potluck begin at 1230 pm, this Saturday, February 1st.  If you’re not yet a T Schooler, it’s not too late to join!   In fact this is a great weekend to jump in as we’ve only just started our program this week!
