As promised, we’re delivering another opportunity at Pilates 1901 to have FUN, LEARN and COMMIT to living a HEALTHIER lifestyle together.
We’re getting together as a community to see the new movie FED UP which is playing at the Tivoli Theater next Tuesday, May 29th at 730 pm.
As you may or may not know, Pilates 1901 has a fat loss program called T School. T School is all about eating clean and getting sugar out of your diet. FED UP will make you WANT to get sugar out of your diet. Why? Perhaps it’s because everything we’ve been told about food and exercise for the past 30 years is dead wrong.
FED UP is the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever.
Make no mistake. This is a FAMILY AFFAIR, so bring your kids to see this film as well. We’ll meet at Pilates 1901 no later than 7 pm this Tuesday, May 29th to get to the Tivoli Theater in Westport by 730 pm.
