Each month, I like to feature a client that I think exemplifies what we are trying to do at Pilates 1901:  Make a difference in peoples lives.

This month, I have chosen an especially love-able client named Patsy Christensen.

I was lucky to meet Patsy because she followed her trainer Corbie Ferns to 1901 from another club where she was training.  Patsy has MS and Corbie correctly assessed that Pilates would benefit her client in ways that would give her better results.    Since that time Corbie has moved away but Patsy has continued her Pilates practice with two other wonderful trainers.  Patsy, always feisty, now has the strong and flexible body to go with her spirit and active lifestyle.  I know you will enjoy meeting her as much as we do working with her!  Bravo Patsy!  You rock!

“The reformer just intrigues me period. I marvel at the fact that someone could invent such a machine that does so much for the entire body. I particularly like it that there is no strain on my back which is something that I have to be careful about.  Most of all, it’s given me great results!

I’ve lost weight! I’ve toned up! My body is not stiff anymore!  I am so much more flexible now. And my golf game and bowling have gotten better!  And being able to still do the things you love makes it all worth it.

I love 1901 and it’s staff  so much that I drive 25 minutes, past a lot of Pilates studios just to get there.

I make my training sessions at 1901 a priority in my life because I love what it has done for me.  I may be old but my body is looking younger and younger thanks to Pilates!!

Thank you Tina and Staff…keep up the good work.”
